HARTFORD CITY — The missing’s relative is asking for the public’s assistance in locating missing 28 year old Matthew DeCamp out of the Hartford City, Indiana area.
Matthew was last heard from on February 16, 2016.
Matthew’s sister was the last known person to speak with him, and that was back in mid February of 2016. His last known whereabouts were in Hartford City when he was walking south on Highway 3. Matthew was 26 years old at the time he disappeared, and he is now 28 years old. On August 29, 2017, Matthew’s case was entered into the Missing Persons Database on the NamUs-The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System website.
Matthew is described as:
• GENDER: Male.
• ETHNICITY: Caucasian.
• HAIR: Brown.
• EYES: Brown.
• HEIGHT: 5 feet 10 inches.
• WEIGHT: 140 pounds.
• OTHER: Matthew may wear glasses. He also has a tattoo on the outside of his lower arm and may have a shaved head.
